Régimen contractual. Los contratos que celebre la Corporación estarán sujetos a las normas que la Ley 19 de 1982, el Decreto extraordinario 222 de 1983 y demás disposiciones que lo adicionen, reformen o reglamenten, prevean para los contratos de los establecimientos públicos del orden nacional.
