La calificación de servicios de los funcionarios y empleados judiciales tendrá los siguientes fines

a)

Determinar su permanencia o su retiro del servicio;

b)

Escalafonarlo en la carrera;

c)

Determinar su participación en los concursos de ascenso;

d)

Promover su participación en los programas de adiestramiento o perfeccionamiento que se realicen;

e)

Facilitar el otorgamiento de las becas y estímulos que se programen;

f)

Asegurar su participación en los programas de bienestar social que se adopten.
