TERMINACIÓN DE LA VINCULACIÓN. - La supresión de un empleo o cargo como consecuencia de la reestructuración de la Superintendencia y el reconocimiento de las pensiones de jubilación, dará lugar a la terminación del vínculo legal y reglamentario de los empleados públicos.
