DE LA VINCULACIÓN A LA PLANTA DE PERSONAL. Las personas que al entrar en vigencia este Decreto tengan celebrados contratos individuales de trabajo con el Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil, o con el Fondo Aeronáutico Nacional, serán nombradas en los empleos de las plantas de personal que adopte el Gobierno. Si aceptaren la designación, deberán tomar posesión del empleo y se sujetarán a las normas del presente estatuto.
