Para la ejecución de las obras en Bogotá la Comisión Organizadora se integrará, además, con el Alcalde del Distrito Especial de Bogotá, y un representante de la Curia Primada, uno de la Sociedad de Mejoras y Ornato, y uno del Concejo del Distrito Especial de Bogotá.

Para las obras de fuéra de Bogotá se procederá de acuerdo con una comisión integrada por el respectivo Gobernador o su delegado, y un representante del correspondiente Centro de Historia, y de la' correspondiente Sociedad de Mejoras.
