Estímulos para colaboración eficaz. Cuando un funcionario administrativo o del cuerpo de custodia y vigilancia penitenciaria nacional, un interno o cualquier particular, suministre información útil para probar la responsabilidad del partícipe, o prevenir la comisión de los delitos de que trate el presente Decreto, o lograr la recaptura de la persona fugada o evadida, las autoridades competentes podrán otorgar una recompensa monetaria, dependiendo de la importancia y eficacia de la información.
