Las franquicias telegráficas serán efectivas en el servicio radiotelegráfico únicamente en los lugares en donde no haya estación telegráfica de alambre. En los lugares en donde haya servicio telegráfico y radiotelegráfico, solo cursarán por este los despachos oficiales en caso de daños en las líneas.
