Promulgación de actos legislativos, leyes, ordenanzas, acuerdos o resoluciones locales aprobados en referendos. Aprobado un referendo, el Presidente de la República, el gobernador o el alcalde, según el caso, sancionará la norma y dispondrá su promulgación en el término de ocho días contados a partir de la declaración de los resultados por parte de la Registraduría del Estado Civil correspondiente, so pena de incurrir en causal de mala conducta.
