Art. 8º. Los empresarios de compactación de sales que sean convencidos de fraude á la renta de Salinas ó que resistan ó aludan la visita de que trata el artículo 5º del Decreto número 446 antes mencionado, perderán el derecho de seguir compactando, y se les retirará el permiso de que habla el artículo anterior.
