Aclárase la parte pertinente del artículo 2º del Decreto 3331 del 29 de diciembre de 1961, en el sentido de que el crédito adicional para el presupuesto de funcionamiento del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público - Deuda Pública Nacional es con imputación al Capítulo 0452, Deuda Interna. Pagarés a favor del Banco de la República. Artículo 4531-A, y no Capítulo 0451, artículo 4510-A como por equivocación quedó en el artículo del Decreto que se aclara por medio del presente.

Parágrafo

El presente Decreto rige desde la fecha de su expedición.
