Competencia disciplinaria del Alcalde Nominador. Para la aplicación de régimen disciplinario docente, en aquellas entidades territoriales donde no existan los cargos señalados en el último inciso del artículo 9º del Decreto 2480 de 1986, el alcalde nominador asumirá a calidad y competencia que esa disposición asigna al superior inmediato y/o administrativo.
