Viáticos en comisiones colectivas transitorias. En las comisiones colectivas transitorias de cualquier género, el Ministerio de Defensa fijará una partida especial para gastos de viaje, lo mismo que los viáticos y gastos de representación que sean del caso. Quedan a salvo derechos específicamente consagrados en los literales b) y c) del artículo 85 de este Decreto.

Parágrafo

En ningún caso las comisiones colectivas transitorias darán derecho a pasajes para los familiares ni a prima de instalación.
