°. Modifíquese el artículo 47 del Decreto 2474 de 2008, el cual quedará así: Artículo 47. De los contratos de prestación de servicios de salud. Las entidades estatales que requieran la prestación de servicios de salud, seleccionarán a su contratista haciendo uso del procedimiento previsto para la selección abreviada de menor cuantía. En todo caso las personas naturales o jurídicas que presten dichos servicios deben estar inscritas en el registro especial nacional del Ministerio de la Protección Social o quien haga sus veces, de conformidad con la Ley 10 de 1990.
