- POLICIA CIVICA LOCAL. Para una mejor prestación de servicios de Policía Administrativa en los territorios municipales, la Policía Cívica Local, tendrá las siguientes modalidades: Policía Cívica Local meramente administrativa que incluye la Policía Cívica Juvenil, Policía Cívica Local como actividad pública y Policía Cívica como servicio militar obligatorio para bachilleres en la Policía Nacional (Ley 4a. de 1991, art. 20).
