De la aplicación de la medida sanitaria de seguridad . Establecida la necesidad de aplicar una medida sanitaria de seguridad o preventiva, el Ministerio de Salud o su entidad delegada, con base en la naturaleza del producto, el tipo de servicio, el hecho que origina la violación de las disposiciones sanitarias o en su incidencia sobre la salud individual o colectiva aplicará la medida correspondiente.
