Son competentes para cobrar y recaudar la tasa compensatoria por caza de fauna silvestre reglamentada en el presente capítulo, las autoridades ambientales a que se refieren el numeral 13 del artículo 31 y el artículo 66 de la Ley 99 de 1993, el artículo 13 de la Ley 768 de 2002, el numeral 9 del artículo 2° del Decreto Ley 3572 de 2011 y el artículo 124 de la Ley 1617 de 2013.
