Los lanzamientos deberán practicarse después de las seis de la mañana y antes de las seis de la tarde, y toda su tramitación deberá constar por escrito en papel sellado. La diligencia de lanzamiento se extenderá en un acta que firmarán el Alcalde, el Secretario y los interesados y testigos que hayan concurrido.
