Articulo 8º. El alumno que haya terminado y aprobado los estudios del segundo ciclo, en un plantel aprobado, recibirá el diploma de "Bachiller Técnico Comercial", que le permitirá ingresar, bien a estudios superiores de comercio, o a cualesquiera de las Facultades universitarias.
