ARTICULO 175. Infidelidad a los deberes profesionales. El apoderado o mandatario que en asunto judicial o administrativo, por cualquier medio fraudulento, perjudique la gestión que se le hubiere confiado o que en un mismo asunto defienda a las partes que tienen intereses contrarios o incompatibles, incurrirá en prisión de seis (6) meses a cuatro (4) años. Si la conducta se realiza en asunto penal, la pena imponible se aumentará hasta en una tercera parte. CAPÍTULO CUARTO Del Encubrimiento
