ARTICULO 16 . D e las Funciones de la División de Política Industrial.- Corresponde a esta División las siguientes funciones

Apoyar a la Dirección en el estudio, análisis, diseño, formulación y evaluación de la política de desarrollo industrial;

Apoyar a la Dirección en el análisis de la incidencia de las políticas macroeconómicas sobre el sector industrial;

Mantener actualizadas las bases de datos sobre la industria y tecnología industrial, necesarias para el cumplimiento de las funciones del Ministerio;

Desarrollar las demás actividades que le asigne la ley o el reglamento.
