El Certificado Médico de Aptitud Psicofísica para la Tenencia y el Porte de Armas de Fuego deberá ajustarse a la información y al formato señalados en el documento -”Certificado Médico de Aptitud Psicofísica para la Tenencia y el Porte de Armas de Fuego”- que para el efecto determine el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional-Dirección General de Sanidad Militar - Subdirección de Servicios de Salud.
