Recursos en actuación administrativa. El recurso de reposición contra el acto administrativo que resuelve la acreditación, será presentado ante el Director (a) de Bienestar Sectorial y Salud del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional o quien haga sus veces, y el recurso de apelación será resuelto por el Viceministro (a) para el Grupo Social Empresarial del Sector Defensa "GSED" y Bienestar del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, en los términos de la Ley 1437 de 2011.
