Cuando la construcción de la Carretera Central del Norte llegue al límite septentrional del Departamento de Boyacá, se aplicará la subvención otorgada a la parte boyacense de esta obra por la Ley 64 de 1911 a la construcción del ramal de esta Carretera que va de Soatá al Cocuy, pasando por las poblaciones de Boavita, La Uvita, San Mateo, Guacamayas y Panqueba, o por sus inmediaciones.
