Vigencia. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica para el caso de los aportes patronales de que trata el presente decreto, los artículos 20 y 24 del Decreto 1406 de 1999 y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
