El Subsidio Se Pagará Por Mensualidades Vencidas, Y No Habrá Derecho A Él Por Fracciones De Mes

ARTICULO 26. El subsidio se pagará por mensualidades vencidas, y no habrá derecho a él por fracciones de mes. En consecuencia, solo le será reconocido al trabajador que haya prestado sus servicios al patrono durante todo el mes del calendario.

Parágrafo

No habrá lugar al pago del subsidio por el mes durante el cual nazca el hijo y se pierde a partir de la fecha en que cumpla los diez y ocho (18) años, o los catorce (14) si no cumple los requisitos del artículo 12 o empiece a devengar salarios. No obstante, se pagará el subsidio por el mes en que muera el hijo.
