Ley 1033 de 2006 · por la cual se establece la Carrera Administrativa Especial para los Empleados Públicos no uniformados al servicio del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, de las Fuerzas Militares, de la Policía Nacional y de sus entidades descentralizadas, adscritas y vinculadas al sector Defensa, se derogan y modifican unas disposiciones de la Ley 909 de 2004 y se conceden unas facultades conforme al numeral 10 del artículo 150 de la Constitución Política.
