Destrucción. El Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares, previo concepto del Departamento Control, Comercio, Armas, Municiones y Explosivos, podrá autorizar a la Industria Militar Indumil, la destrucción de las armas recogidas como resultado de campañas cívicas y educativas de desarme y destinar el material resultante a la construcción de monumentos y obras alegóricas a la paz y al desarme, directamente o mediante convenios celebrados para tal fin.
