Artículo único. Autorízase a la Asamblea del Departamento de Boyacá para ceder a perpetuidad a la comunidad dominicana de Tunja los locales del lado sur del edificio de Santo Domingo, contiguos al templo del mismo nombre, que sean necesarios para el servicio religioso.
