ARTICULO 1o . El personal del Ministerio de Comunicaciones que desempeñe funciones propias de las estaciones monitoras o que labore en el mismo sitio en que ellas se encuentran, así como los demás empleados de dicho Ministerio que devenguen asignaciones básicas mensuales no superiores a DOSCIENTOS TREINTA Y TRES MIL DOSCIENTOS TREINTA Y CUATRO PESOS ($233.234) moneda corriente, tendrán derecho a un auxilio de alimentación de CATORCE MIL DOSCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y CINCO PESOS ($14.255) mensuales. Cuando el funcionario se encuentre en uso de licencia o en disfrute de vacaciones o suspendido en el ejercicio del cargo, tendrá derecho al reconocimiento y pago del auxilio de alimentación en forma proporcional al tiempo servido durante el mes.
