Las Juntas Directivas de las Empresas Sociales del Estado del nivel territorial conformarán la terna de candidatos de que trata el artículo 28 de la Ley 1122 de 2007, para la designación del Gerente o Director de dichas entidades, con las personas que sean escogidas mediante concurso de méritos público y abierto, adelantado de conformidad con lo establecido en el presente decreto.
