° Para los efectos de emisión de billetes bancarios cambiables á su presentación por oro ó su equivalente en moneda legal se considerarán como valor en caja no solamente las monedas de oro ó los equivalentes en moneda legal, sino también las sumas que tenga en poder de Bancos extranjeros y las barras de oro y plata que existan en sus cajas, estimadas éstas por su valor intrínseco.
