Estructura interna del Fondo de Bienestar. La estructura interna del Fondo de Bienestar Social de la Contraloría General de la República, sus estatutos internos y los demás aspectos atinentes a su organización, denominación de dependencias y planta de personal se regirá por lo dispuesto en la Ley 489 de 1998. Mientras se adoptan los actos respectivos en estas materias por su Junta Directiva y se aprueban por el Gobierno Nacional, continuará rigiéndose por lo dispuesto en la Ley 106 de 1993.
