REGIMEN LABORAL. De conformidad con el artículo 5º de la Resolución ejecutiva número 02 de 10 de enero de 1986, y lo que en el mismo sentido dispone el Decreto 2920 de 1982, las relaciones laborales entre el Banco de Colombia y sus trabajadores seguirán rigiéndose por las normas del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo y las Convenciones vigentes, sin que puedan ser desmejoradas como consecuencia de la resolución ejecutiva acabada de mencionar.
