La pena de arresto militar deberá cumplirse en un establecimiento destinado al efecto, que tenga una sección especial para reos militares, o en una dependencia militar, según lo determine el juzgado militar en cada caso. Los condenados a pena de arresto podrán elegir una de las formas de trabajo que se hallen organizadas en el establecimiento donde cumplen la pena, si así lo desearen.
