Art. 6.° Ningun indulto, amnistía, convenio ó tratado puede exonerar á los que con cualquier carácter toman la cosa ajena contra la voluntad de su dueño, de la responsabilidad legal á favor de los particulares perjudicados ; ni contra la accion de éstos puede oponerse la excepcion de prescripcion en ningún tiempo. Esa accion puedo ejercitarse sin necesidad de que ántes se haya, ejercido la accion criminal.
