La estructura interna del Club será determinada por la Junta Directiva de acuerdo a las disposiciones vigentes y ajustándose a la siguiente nomenclatura: 1ª. Las Unidades de nivel directivo se denominarán Subgerencias, Subdirecciones, Vicepresidencias o Subsecretarías; 2ª. Las Unidades que cumplan funciones de asesoría o coordinación se denominarán Oficinas o Comités, y Consejos cuando incluyan personas ajenas al organismo; 3ª. Las Unidades Operativas, incluidas las que atienden los servicios administrativos internos, se denominarán Divisiones o Secciones y Grupos; 4ª.
