º . Modifícase el artículo 3º del Decreto 2200 de 2005; en el siguiente aspecto: La definición de "Preparación Magistral", quedará así: "Preparación magistral. Es el preparado o producto farmacéutico para atender una prescripción médica, de un paciente individual, que requiere de algún tipo de intervención técnica de variada complejidad. La preparación magistral debe ser de dispensación inmediata".
