ARTICULO 487 . Recusación de senadores . Hasta el día en que se inicie la audiencia pública, podrán las partes proponer las recusaciones contra los senadores. Los senadores no son recusables sino por las causales de impedimentos previstas en el artículo 473 de este Código.
