Los miembros de los Consejos Seccionales de Salarios en quienes no concurre la calidad de funciones pagados por el tesoro público devengaran por cada sección a que asistan, cuarenta pesos ($ 40.00). Los Consejos Seccionales sesionaran ordinariamente dos veces al mes y extraordinariamente convocatoria del Presidente respectivo. De cada sección se levantara un acta, la cual será firmada por el Presidente y Secretario del Consejo y remitida al Consejo Nacional de Salarios.
