º . Sesiones y quórum. La Junta Directiva del Icetex se reunirá ordinariamente una vez al mes, previa convocatoria del Presidente y representante legal de la Entidad, y sesionará validamente con no menos de cinco (5) de sus miembros. Las decisiones se adoptarán con el voto de la mayoría simple de los asistentes. Extraordinariamente la Junta Directiva del Icetex podrá sesionar a solicitud del Presidente de la misma.
