Artículo primero. Suprímense de la planta de personal del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público los siguientes cargos: DIVISION DE IMPUESTOS NACIONALES Subdivisión de Recaudación. Sección de Análisis y Divulgación Económico Tributario. 1 Jefe de Sección V 16 1 Economista IV 15 1 Estadígrafo V 13 1 Secretario Auxiliar V 11 1 Dibujante IV 11 1 Estadígrafo III 9

Parágrafo

El cargo de Recaudador III-II que figura en esta Sección, creado por Decreto 3273 de1 1963 y no suprimido por el presente artículo, se reclasifica por el de Relator VII-15, para ubicarse en la Jefatura de la Subdivisión Técnico-Legal, donde desempeñará las funciones de divulgación tributaria de que trata el Decreto 1715 de 1960.
