El defensor principal dirigirá la defensa, pudiendo seleccionar otro abogado que lo acompañe como defensor suplente, previa Información al juez y autorización del implicado o acusado, quien actuará bajo la responsabilidad del principal y podrá ser removido libremente durante el proceso.
