Si la obra literaria o científica fuere impresa, presentará seis ejemplares de ella así: dos a la Biblioteca Nacional, uno a la Biblioteca de la Universidad Nacional, uno a la Biblioteca del Congreso, uno al Instituto Caro y Cuervo y otro acompañado de los recibos anteriores y de la solicitud de inscripción a la oficina de registro. Este depósito deberá ser hecho por el editor dentro del plazo de sesenta días después de la publicación de dichas obras. No se tramitará ninguna solicitud de inscripción de obras literarias o científicas, sin la previa constancia de haberse presentado el número de ejemplares determinados en el inciso anterior y el correspondiente al artículo 207.
