Art. 1.° Desde la publicación de la presente Ley queda derogado en todas sus partes el Decreto legislativo número 220 de 10 de Marzo del corriente año; en consecuencia queda suprimido todo gravamen de exportación sobre el ganado vacuno con la limitación á que se refiere el artículo siguiente.
