INTERMEDIARIOS. Las entidades cooperativas de seguros no estarán sometidas a la intermediación de agencias, agentes o corredores de seguros. No obstante, podrán colocar pólizas de seguros con el concurso de intermediarios debidamente autorizados por la Superintendencia Bancaria, siempre que exista la correspondiente previsión estatutaria en tal sentido.
