Artículo primero. Todo trabajador, sea empleado u obrero de las oficinas, establecimientos o empresas oficiales, que durante un año continuo hubiere prestado sus servicios, tendrá derecho a quince días hábiles y consecutivos de vacaciones remuneradas.
