º. Comunicación de Las Decisiones. Las decisiones que adopte el Comité de Peajes Turísticos se hará constar en actas. El Secretario de dicho Comité informará a los Consejos Municipales sobre las decisiones adoptadas. Para que se entienda aprobada una solicitud deberá existir acuerdo entre los integrantes del Comité de Peajes Turísticos. Cuando tal acuerdo no se diere, se entenderá que el concepto del Comité de Peajes Turísticos es desfavorable y así se comunicará al Consejo Municipal solicitante.
