Dando cumplimiento a lo resuelto por la Procuraduría Delegada Primera para la Vigilancia Administrativa de la Procuraduría General de la Nación, en Auto de suspensión provisional del 7 de noviembre de 2023, dentro del radicado IUS E-2022-619102 - IUC D-2022-2731020, suspender provisionalmente, por el término de tres (3) meses, al señor Luis Guillermo Pérez Casas, identificado con cédula de ciudadanía número 19496782, en su condición de Superintendente, Código 0030 Grado 25, de la Superintendencia de Subsidio Familiar, de conformidad con la parte motiva del presente decreto.
