° Las comisiones en general serian nombradas por el Jefe del Resguardo, quien puede delegar esta función al Ayudante, en caso de que no pueda hacerlo personalmente. Nombrada una Comisión, se darán al Jefe de ella las instrucciones reservad as que debe cumplir, y a ellas se someterá estrictamente dicho Jefe, en el desempeño de su encargo.
