Artículo décimo. El Hospital Antituberculoso "Santa Clara", de Bogotá, estará al servicio de las clases sociales más necesitadas, para la atención médica gratuita, en la especialidad de la tuberculosis en todas sus formas. Podrá prestar servicios especiales para pensionados. Las tarifas que se cobren por concepto de hospitalizaciones para pensionados, no podrán ser inferiores al costo día cama que se obtenga en la Sección de Contabilidad.
